The transparency of the royal finances have been dragged up again as the Paradise Papers – a huge batch of leaked documents – show Queen Elizabeth‘s Duchy of Lancaster invested in offshore funds in the Cayman Islands and Bermuda.
The royal finances were released yesterday – both the Queen and Prince Charles released their financial accounts for the 2016-17 year (from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017). In this article, I am only going to look at the expenses for Prince William, Kate Middleton, and Prince Harry.
The royal finances for the fiscal year 2015-16 have been released. The short version: The Queen‘s income and expenses were up; Prince Charles‘ expenses were down; Prince William, Kate Middleton, and Prince Harry‘s expenses were up; it now costs “62p per person in the UK” to fund the royals.
Even more photos of Prince George at a farm park have come out, this time of him sitting on Carole Middleton‘s shoulders as they walk to their car. The two were spotted at Bucklebury Farm Park in Berkshire sometime last week.
