George & Charlotte join BRF for Christmas church

Prince George and Princess Charlotte joined the Christmas day 11am church service at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham with the British Royal Family for the first time this year.

George, 6, and Charlotte, 4, joined their parents Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge, and grandpa Prince Charles, for the walk.

At 2:06 in the video below, Charlotte does the cutest curtsey to The Queen as she was leaving the church.

Kate and Charlotte were color-coordinating in green for the Christmas service.

Kate wore a bespoke Catherine Walker coat in beige (grey?) with green accessories – a green Lock & Co hat she’s worn a few times before, and Emmy London Josie heels and Natasha clutch. Kate also wore Kiki McDonough earrings.

Charlotte wore a green coat, and joined her mom for greeting the people who came out to see the royals walk to church. Charlotte got several gifts, including an inflatable pink flamingo and a hug.

George finally got to wear trousers to an event! Good for him. William was in his typical William attire.

The Queen wore bright red for Christmas service, with the Queen Mother’s Ruby and Diamond Bouquet Brooch which hasn’t been seen since 2015. Prince Philip, who spent a few days in the hospital prior to Christmas, did not walk to church this year.

The Duchess of Cornwall arrived to the church with the Queen wearing purple and a diamond pretzel brooch.

Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, walked together. Eugenie wore an all navy outfit.

The Wessex family walked together for the first time in a couple years or so: Prince Edward, the Countess of Wessex (who left the church with the Queen), James, and Lady Louise.

Princess Beatrice, looking nice in brown and green, walked with her fiance, Edo.
