I’ve been forgetting that Princess Beatrice is even engaged because after BP announced her engagement to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi back in September 2019 they haven’t announced anything about the wedding. Edo did attend the Christmas church walk with Bea, but other than that it’s been crickets. But Buckingham Palace finally announced a wedding date and venue for Bea’s wedding: May 29 at The Chapel Royal.
The wedding of HRH Princess Beatrice of York and Mr. Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi will take place on Friday 29 May 2020. The couple became engaged in Italy in September 2019.
Her Majesty The Queen has kindly given permission for the ceremony to take place at The Chapel Royal, St James’s Palace.
The ceremony will be followed by a private reception, given by The Queen, in the gardens of Buckingham Palace.

The Chapel Royal is where Prince George was baptized, and has been the site of several royal weddings in the past, including some biggies: Queen Victoria and Prince Albert in 1840; and King George V and Queen Mary in 1893.
The wedding won’t be televised, which, as a royal watcher, is a bummer for me. I like watching the royal weddings (royal weddings and the Nobels are my super bowl, because I couldn’t care less about the actual super bowl). I do hope we get photos of the bride and of some of the familial guests as well. I need to know which tiara Bea will wear!
