British royals attend The Patron’s Lunch

I’m a bit behind on posts now since I went out of town on Sunday (to Orlando – I’m fine; my friends are fine; what happened at Pulse is a terrible tragedy and my thoughts are with victims, and the families and friends affected by this hate-filled crime), so I’m playing catch up. Service of Thanksgiving for Queen Elizabeth’s 90th birthday

The British Royal Family came out to celebrate Queen Elizabeth II‘s 90th birthday with a Service of Thanksgiving at St. Paul’s Cathedral today, June 10, including favorites: Kate Middleton, Prince Harry, Sophie, Countess of Wessex, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, and Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. Today is also Prince Philip‘s 95th birthday.

British royals join the Queen at 90th birthday celebration at Royal Windsor Horse Show

The final night of the Royal Windsor Horse Show took place last night. The event was extra special this year because it was in honor of Queen Elizabeth‘s 90th birthday. In honor of HM’s birthday, many, many royals turned out to watch the show with the Queen.

Royal Round Up: royals celebrate Easter

The royals were out and about this weekend for Easter celebrations. This royal round up includes Queen Elizabeth II leading the British royals – such as Sophie, Countess of Wessex, Princess Beatrice, and Princess Eugenie – to Easter service, as well as Queen Letizia and Princess Charlene attending Easter services.

British royals attend church at Sandringham + Wessex Christmas card

Since Christmas was just three days ago, it seems the majority of the British royals were still at Sandringham yesterday (Sunday, December 27). As per usual, the royals currently staying at Sandringham joined the Queen for Sunday service at St. Mary Magdalene Church. There were a few royals missing from this outing (Camilla) and a few royals joined who weren’t there on Christmas (Zara).

British and Dutch royals lay wreaths at Cenotaph on Remembrance Sunday

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Maxima joined Queen Elizabeth II and other members of the British Royal Family for the National Service of Remembrance at the Cenotaph in Whitehall on Remembrance Sunday, November 8th. While the United States observes Veterans Day on November 11th each year, in the United Kingdom Remembrance Sunday is observed on the second Sunday in November.

Kate and William attend Festival of Remembrance, Harry attends Field of Remembrance

Prince William and Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, attended the Festival of Remembrance today, October 7th, at the Royal Albert Hall in London. The Cambridges joined many other members of the British Royal Family for the first time at this annual occasion. Prince Harry attended the Field of Remembrance event at Westminster Abbey on November 5th with Prince Philip which I did not cover in my most recent royal round up (as that event had not happened when I posted that article) so I will cover that here, too.
