Princess Madeleine and Queen Silvia have been in NYC the past couple of days to attend meetings and charity events related to the World Childhood Foundation, which Silvia founded in 1999 and Madeleine works for since 2007.
I’ve mostly not been paying attention to what’s been happening over in Sweden for the last couple weeks, so here is a royal round up of a few of the recent goings on of Princess Madeleine and Crown Princess Victoria.
My post on William and Harry’s interview in Diana, 7 Days got buried by the announcement that the Duchess of Cambridge is pregnant with her third child, but another piece of news that got sidelined was the name reveal of Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia‘s second child: Prince Gabriel Carl Walther.
Princess Sofia and her newborn son left the hospital yesterday, September 1, and are now at home. The Swedish court released a photo of the Prince couple and their newborn leaving the hospital. Additionally, the families have released statements on the birth.
Well this is a nice surprise. Princess Madeleine is expecting her third child with husband Chris O’Neill, the Swedish court announced yesterday.
Here is a little royal round up of some things that have been happening. Prince William officially left his job with the East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA), the Swedish royal family color-coordinated in blue for their summer photo, and the Belgian royal family color-coordinated in purples for National Day.
